Q. What are the delivery slot timings? When must we place the order for receiving our delivery?

A. Delivery will only happen according to timelines in slots, if fish you need is there in   stock than you will get your fish within 3hrs at same day  



Q. What is Normal Delivery?

A. Normal delivery is for next day requirements of customers. It shall be executed as per the below terms:


  •    Minimum order amount for Normal Delivery is INR 300/-.
  •              A delivery charge of INR 50/- shall be applicable for an order less than INR 500/-
  •              There is no delivery charge for an order with an amount above INR 500/-
  •    We shall endeavour to deliver as per the mentioned delivery time at time of taking order on telephonic conversation or web/app placed.


 

Q. What is a time to  place an order on phone ?

A. We accept orders on website/mobile app subject to deliver from 8.00am to 8.00pm in all days of week.

 


Q. What do i do if item is not saleable condition? (Damaged or expired) ?

A. There is no question about refund / return policy in case the goods are damaged or expired at the time of reciept at delivery address. Please note that damaged means foul smell/bruised/discolouration for fresh chilled products an same to be valid on fresh frozen products. We insist you to check the product twice at the time of reciept we shall not responsible to return or refund for goods once accepted at the time of delivery address. Q. How do I return products purchased from any sources web/mobile app / phone ?

A. Goods found to be damaged or expired on arrival can be return. Please concern our delivery person an call customer care an will resolve the matter at the earliest.


 

Q.How will i get my money back in case of a cancellation or return  ?

A. if goods are damaged or expired as non sealable condition at the time of delivery than we shall replace the product quantity as earliest as suitable time at no added cost or refund 75% of amount paid for the product discarded/return at the earliest. please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding cancellation or return.
